Study On Employment View Education Of Independent College Students

In recent years, as China has paid significantly increased attention and investment in higher education, higher education in China has made excellent achievements. The number of college graduates in China has a growing tendency of different degree every year, and college students’ employment and vocational selection problem has aroused extensive concern in the society. According to the data of China Education Online, the number of college graduates in China in 2015 has increased to 7.49 million while that in 2001 is only 1.14 million. The increasing number of graduates is weighing on the employment in China, and college students’ view of vocational selection is influenced severely, in which the employment and vocational selection for college students in independent colleges is the most prominent one.College students’ view of vocational selection is the core of college students’ employment problem. Therefore, research on college students’ view of vocational selection is the key to solve college students’ employment problem. Author has been a counselor at an independent college for years and paid close attention to the vocational selection and employment problem of college students. This paper, firstly adopts literature analysis method to introduce relevant theories of college students’ view of vocational selection, then uses questionnaire to conduct an investigation on the current situation of college students’ view of vocational selection at independent college, and analyzes its prominent problems based on investigation data.Finally puts forward some countermeasures to guide the independent college student establish a scientific view of employment. This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction, which mainly expounds the background of the topic, the purpose and meaning of research, research status at home and abroad, idea and method of research and also the innovation.The second part is the summary of views of employment education in independent college students, which mainly introduces the rise, development and characteristics of independent college and also the connotation and meaning of education on view of employment of independent college students.The third part analyzes the influencing factors of independent college students’ views of employment. This part focuses on the problems existing in college students, which make them choose incorrect profession and leave influences with family, college and society on students choosing employment.The fourth part offers solutions to the education on independent college students’ views of employment. This part gives detailed suggestions from students themselves, family, school and society these four aspects: students are supposed to enhance self-knowledge and comprehensive quality and set up correct views of employment; families are supposed to set up reasonable anticipation on getting a job and support their children’s choice; colleges are supposed to pay attention to the education on view of employment and perfect its system; and society are supposed to build good social atmosphere and be impartial to the students of independent colleges.The fifth part is a summary, which calls on society, colleges and family to cooperate with each other for building a correct view of employment for independent college students.
