| "The idea is the forerunner of the behavior",the thought idea decides the way of people’s behavior.As the main force of social education teaching and educational research in the future,the employment view of the master of education in local normal universities not only affects the future career development of individuals,but also affects the development process of education in China.This study mainly adopts interview,questionnaire and documentary methods to study the employment views of pedagogic master students in local normal universities.First of all,on the basis of previous studies,the researchers of master graduate student analysis found that are greatly greatly cognitive purpose can be divided into employment,employment,job attitude,way of employment,employment value orientation of five dimensions,according to the five dimensions,the researchers designed a questionnaire and interview questionnaire,and the related investigation.Secondly,according to the analysis of the survey data,there are five main problems in the employment outlook of pedagogical masters in local normal universities: firstly,the employment positioning is inaccurate,the employment region selection is narrow,the employment unit selection is stable,and the employment target lacks interest orientation.Second,lack of confidence in employment mainly includes weak mastery of professional knowledge and skills,poor psychological quality of employment,little understanding of employment policies and less internship experience.Third,the attitude of employment is bad,career planning awareness is weak;Fourth,employment dependence is strong,respectively reflected in the weak sense of self-employment,entrepreneurship consciousness;Fifth,the utilitarian value orientation is strong,which is manifested in the high salary requirement.Thirdly,according to these problems,the causes are analyzed from the aspects of individuals,families,schools and society.Finally,according to these problems and reasons,the author puts forward some specific strategies from the aspects of individual,family,school and society.Namely: strengthen their own comprehensive quality,enhance the ability to adapt to employment;Create a good atmosphere of public opinion,establish the concept of professional fairness;Strengthen employment guidance,innovation talent training mode;Guide the concept of employment,establish long-term awareness. |
