Along with the economic system’s transition，the employment system ofcollege students has undergone a significant change. After the reform andopening up, the concept of employment of university students can be dividedinto three stages, the first stage is assigned concept in planned economy(before1983), the second stage is transition to market-oriented concept(from1983to1993), and the third stage is market-oriented concept (after1993).The employment-obtaining mechanism guided by market which advocates thenotion of “two-way choice or free choice style” has come into being in ourcountry.But in recent years, with the influence of various factors，the employmentsituation is becoming seriously. And as an ethnic minority area, the InnerMongolia college students’ employment difficult problem is outstanding dayby day. However, whether the local colleges students can employmentsuccessfully, not only relation to the region’s economic development andnational unity, but also influence the construction of harmonious society in thisarea. Therefore, in solving the employment problems of university studentsin Inner Mongolia area, we should rely on the basic principle of dialecticalmaterialism, that internal cause is the accord of the change of things, and theexternal cause is the condition，and external factor plays a role through internalfactor. So we should set out from this principle, and find the key to solve thisquestion. It can be seen that, in all factors, the most important factor is theemployment view of university student, their employment view right or noteffect the finally work directly. Therefore，we should insist the principle ofproceed from reality in everything，and via investigation and analysis to findthe problem in employment concept, and put forward some measures to relieveit.The main structure is divided into three parts, the first part is to introducethe background and study significance，and the research situation at home and abroad. The second part is concerning on the investigation of employmentview of university students in Hohhot, and via data analysis to realize thepositive and negative employment view in this area，and combined with thebackground to find the reason. The third part is put forward to the solutionfrom society, school, family and individual to guide the college student toestablish a correct concept of employment. Only pay attention to internal factortraining, and put this two factors together to play an integral role，can werelieve this problem availably，and achieve the success of employment onuniversity students.
