From the report at 18 th Party Congress:Employment is crucial to the people’s well being. We must implement the principle of promoting self-reliant employment, market-regulated employment and government-backed employment and entrepreneurship, the strategy of giving top priority to employment and a proactive employment policy. We should ensure that people have realistic expectations about employment, encourage creating employment through multiple channels and forms, and expand job opportunities by creating new businesses. We should increase job opportunities for young people, especially university graduates. With the advent of the era of popularization of higher education in China, the number of university graduates increased year by year. According to the data from the department of education of Xinjiang, the number of university graduates in Xinjiang is 73,800 in 2013; it is 5413 increased over 2012’s figure. As of December 25, 2013, 65,200 of them obtain employment; the rate of employment is 88.44%. During the same period, The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region ministry of human resources and social security published the directory of shortage talented person demand in 2014 of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, shows that 16,231 talented person are urgent needed. Explore the cause of "someone unemployed, some jobs no one to apply" and get the countermeasures is signality to change the strange situation and solve the problem. In terms of the special situation of Southern Xinjiang areas, ethnic minority, language, religion, politics, lifestyle and other social environment more complex, the employment problem is worse compared to whole Xinjiang’s. Upon the current situation of Southern Xinjiang university students’ employment view. From the perspective of education on employment view to research this problem. Based on the principle of people-oriented, author selected Southern Xinjiang university students as the research object, discover their present situation of employment view, and find out the difference of ethnic minority and the Han nationality university students on the employment view through comparative analysis, different countermeasures are put forward. According to a large number of survey data, analysis of the problems existing in Southern Xinjiang, put forward a variety of basic countermeasures to solve the problem about Southern Xinjiang university students’ education on employment view, in order to solve employment problems in reality.This paper contains four parts. The first part is introductory paragraph,introduces the background and significance of the thesis, research ideas and methods,key point and the difficulty and the innovation etc. The part also summarizes the existing research on this topic at home and abroad, and introduces some definitions about education on employment view. The second part is about the survey of contemporary university students’ employment view, is the key point in this paper. The part describes the operation details in the survey, and summarizes the current situation of university students’ employment view in Southern Xinjiang. Start from the special situation of Southern Xinjiang,government policy,university education,family factor, the media responsibility, etc. The third part analysis the reasons of the problem about university students’ employment view and the education on employment view in Southern Xinjiang. The forth part is the key part of the article. Based on the above research, the part put forward measures in five aspects aiming at the problem of Southern Xinjiang university students’ education on employment view: develop the special employment view education for Southern Xinjiang university students, government work,school education, family education, students self education.Based on the field investigation of Southern Xinjiang university students’ employment view, the paper tries to seek truth from facts, analyses the obtained data, and put forward the basic way to solve the problem about Southern Xinjiang university students’ education on employment view.The article is applied basic research; present the Southern Xinjiang local characteristics and national features. There is a certain reference value to Southern Xinjiang area departments, for carry out the local university students’ employment work.
