The education under test-oriented method lowers students’ interest on study, resulting in the deficiency of students’ creativity and ability, China is fully implementing quality education and curriculum reform, committed to developing overall development of students. Lately course reform requires the courses established with balance, and from grade school to high school, the integration activity course should be arranged as required course. It has positive significance for the students’ all-round development and the cultivation of high-quality talents. Integrated practice activity curriculum in our country after more than ten years of exploration has achieved initial success.To make sure the effectiveness of implementation of integrated practice activity curriculum and normalized implementation, it is necessary to reasonably integrated practice activity curriculum evaluation. In order to make evaluation to play a more effective role, we need the power of system to safeguard. Institutionalization is a systematic and dynamic project, it is a process to establish and perfect and scientific system, also it is the process of establishing mutual collaboration system of "cluster". Integrated practice activity curriculum is the important part of the basic education new curriculum system, and it is also the highlights of this reform of new curriculum.
