| In recent years,preschool education general concern of the community private kindergarten early childhood education as the main force,but also subjiect to different degrees of importance.But early childhood education because of its special status by which, there are many problems in the private kindergarten teachers,Such as teacher capability uneven,mobility, difficult living conditions, etc.Guiyang and less developed western regions due Language economic base, education levels than other more developed behind the East and Central regions, making private kindergarten teachers in a more prominent issue.But at the center of cultural and economic development of Guiyang, Guizhou Province, the private kindergarten teachers for the establishment and maintenance of rights and interests must play a vanguard role.Therefore, this study is based on the reality of Guiyang City private kindergarten teachers, we made some steady Guiyang private kindergarten teachers suggestions and thinking, in order to promote the growth of early childhood education.With this study, literature review, questionnaires and interviews, the structure of Guiyang city ten districts and counties of 30 private kindergarten teachers, living conditions, professional development and other investigations, revealed the presence of teachers in the primary problem.1. private kindergarten teacher-student ratio less reasonable, the overall quality of teachers unsatisfactory;2.Teachers difficult living conditions(long hours, stress, social status is not high, private kindergarten teachers’ salaries and benefits is difficult to guarantee);3. Teachers poor stability; 4.teacher training system is imperfect, professional development hindered.Author hierarchy of needs theory, the theory of teacher professional development, teacher education theory and policy guidance related basis, starting from the government, kindergartens, social, and other aspects of teachers themselves, proposed to strengthen the construction of private kindergarten teachers Suggestions:1.improve legislation to protect the legitimate rights and interests of private kindergarten teachers and social status;strengthen supervision and management and increase the private kindergarten teachers especially rural teachers’ attention and training efforts.2.kindergartens should establish a sound management system; to strengthen the park this training, training and performance-oriented manner; part of private kindergarten education should be improved cognition, change their concept of education.3.Teachers should enhance their own sense of professional development, improve the professional level;consciously strengthen their morality,enhance their own responsibility meaning.4.should raise social awareness of private teachers. |
