A Study On The Current Situation Of Curriculum Leadership Of Private Kindergarten Directors

With the promulgation of professional standards for kindergarten principals and the development of inclusive kindergartens in China,The curriculum leadership of private kindergarten principals is becoming an important issue which affects the quality and benefit of private kindergarten.Therefore,this study selected 74 private kindergarten principals in Tiedong District,Anshan,as the research object,Using the methods of questionnaire and interview,This paper studies the current situation,problems,reasons and suggestions of the curriculum leadership of non-governmental garden directors.According to the five aspects of the Dean's curriculum leadership,The study found that,First,there are significant differences in professional and technical leadership,There are some problems in the scientific formulation of curriculum plan,the effectiveness of curriculum implementation and the breadth of curriculum management.Second,the development of team leadership,The overall level is relatively good,But the problem is that no professional curriculum team has been formed yet.Third,the development of teachers' leadership is not balanced,The fact that the proportion of non-professional teachers in private parks is too large affects the development of curriculum leadership of private park directors.Fourth,the overall level of organizational cultural leadership needs to be improved,Private school principals for the depth of curriculum culture mining is far from enough.Fifth,the leadership of curriculum public relations should be strengthened,There is a problem of unreasonable and inefficient utilization of all kinds of resources.To find out the reason,There comes from their own professional quality,especially the lack of curriculum quality,There are also reasons for the low professional level of teachers and the lack of support from experts and the administration.In view of the above-mentioned problems,The researchers suggest specific improvements.In the field of professional and technical leadership,the director of the private school focuses on optimizing the curriculum scheme and perfecting the evaluation system.In team leadership,the formation and training of curriculum team;for teachers,we need to guide the professional development of teachers,strict selection and employment,the implementation of hierarchical training program.In terms of organizational culture,we should pay attention to the construction of curriculum vision and the perfection of campus culture.For Public Relations leadership,make good use of resources from all sides,and fully enlist the support and help of parents,communities,experts,and the administration.
