As the National investment in preschool education and support, private kindergartens have mushroomed rapidly developed, also become an important part of preschool education career development. However, the development of the private kindergarten is uneven, unstable and liquidity teachers are become an important factors hinder the healthy development of private kindergarten.In order to promote private kindergarten teachers’ comprehensive quality, stability and development, to enhance the enthusiasm of work.This study used literature method, interview method and questionnaire method to study the private kindergarten teachers incentive of Xinyang city of Henan province. Understand the needs of teachers and the private kindergarten incentive strategiesand effects of the implementation of teachers, find the problems and reasons, and put forward targeted suggestions according to the needs of teachers, to promote the enthusiasm and professional development of teachers’ work, so as to promote the development of private kindergarten healthy and stable.This research will be divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction, including the selected topic reason, the research purpose, research significance, the domestic and foreign literature review, definition, research design and research process.The second part discusses the incentive theory in the management of kindergartens value, According to incentive theory.Managers understand the different needs of teachers, targeted incentives, do best to make the teachers’ needs can be met, improve teachers’ working enthusiasm and creativity.The third part is using the theory of maslow’s hierarchy of needs analysis of the needs of private kindergarten teachers content and degree of demand and the current situation of private kindergarten teachers incentive.The fourth part mainly discusses the private kindergarten administrators lack of incentive system in the process of implementation of incentive, there are some problems in the incentive, again for the reason of the problems existing in the analysisThe fifth part is mainly based on private kindergarten in the teachers’ incentive problems, from the material, spirit, working conditions and working environment, and establish teachers’ incentive system and so on, give some suggestions to improve and improve the education of has a promoting effect on the development of private kindergartens and teachers.
