In recent years, the number of private kindergarten in China is crazily growingup, and continued to show rapid upward trend, the demands for private kindergartenteachers also increased. Private kindergarten teachers play an important role in teachers’professional qualities, they will directly affect the quality of preschool education, it isnecessary to pay attention to the professional development of private kindergartenteachers.To promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers, improve theirprofessional quality, must pay attention to the practice of knowledge as the basis forprivate kindergarten teachers’ professional development. Because, practical knowledgecan not only make up for the lack of theoretical knowledge, also determines thepreschool teachers’ understanding of the purpose of education, the teaching content andmethod and way of communication between teacher and child, become the dominantteaching practice.The author collected literature found that, in recent years domestic and abroad paymore attention to practical knowledge of teachers, study on this field increasedgradually, but the researchers are the study object of practical knowledge of teachers inprimary and secondary schools, the research involves the practical knowledge of themeaning, structure, characteristics, influence factors and ways of generating etc.. Thekindergarten teacher’s practical knowledge of specialized research, research on theprivate kindergarten teachers will be blank, it will certainly lead to the privatekindergarten teachers do not understand the characteristics of their own professionaldevelopment, and not using effective strategies to promote the development of practicalknowledge, thus affecting their own development, become professional development ofinternal restrictions. Therefore, to break the professional development of thekindergarten teachers barriers, must do more research on the practical knowledgedevelopment of private kindergarten teachers.To sum up, the author hopes through on-the-spot investigation, understand thecurrent situation of the development of private kindergarten teachers’ practicalknowledge, for the practice of knowledge to explore some effective ways to promote the professional development, private kindergarten teachers. Specific parts of this researchare as follows:The first part is the introduction, mainly expounds the research origin; defines the coreconcepts; described the research design, including research purpose, content, method,significance, and innovation; and of this research in China and abroad.The second part is the theoretical basis of the theory, main theory and practice ofteacher professional development.The third part is the description of the on-the-spot investigation, objectively toreproduce the teachers practical knowledge reflected in the daily teaching activities,activities, games and teaching and research activities of the four education scene, andanalyze the knowledge development status of two private kindergarten teachers’ practicein the corresponding theoretical basis.The fourth part analysis for influence factors, mainly around the privatekindergarten teachers themselves and the external environment analysis of two privatekindergarten teacher’s practical knowledge development factors. Among them, theinternal factors include, education level, personality characteristics, self reflection andoccupation motive; external environmental factors including "master" chuanbangdai,bad condition of the kindergartens, lack of cooperation and exchanges between theteacher and the leading expert.The fifth chapter is countermeasures are put forward, combining the aboveinfluence factors, propose targeted and effective development countermeasures. Mainlyto improve the teachers’ educational level, strengthen the teaching experience,strengthen the experts to lead and standardize the kindergarten based teaching researchfour strategies.
