| The 21 st Century is an innovation century and china has entered a era which has higher requirement for individual?s innovation and entrepreneurial abilities, so it?s necessary to train a number of high-quality and innovative talents to build an innovative country. Our traditional education take the same model, same specification, as well as the same standard for students fostering, which neglect and even ignore the personality characteristics of educates to some extent, resulted in restricting their innovation ability. Under this background, the individualized education is born, its precondition is to respect the individual uniqueness and differences, and its means is to offers a variety of educational resources and choose individually, and its purpose is to enhance individual innovation ability and promote the individual’s all-round development. So innovation and entrepreneurship training based on students’ individual development become an important task in higher education.Individuation education refers to an emphasis on personality, personality development, recognize differences, play themselves and pay attention to the potential of the individual plays that gave birth to the creative development of individual education, training and creative ability to generate unique advantages in the individual. The so-called innovation and entrepreneurial ability is a kind of compound ability which not only has practical ability and innovation ability, but also has entrepreneurial potential. Individualized education is the basis for the contemporary university students to develop of innovative thinking and practical innovation ability, the cultivation of College Students’ innovative and entrepreneurial ability cannot be separated from the individualized education.At present, the development of College Students’ innovation and entrepreneurial ability is still not mature and with some problems in many aspects. This paper analyzes the current situation of College Students’ ability of innovation and entrepreneurship through the questionnaire method, and finds out the problems and its reasons in the cultivation of College Students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability. First, individual, college students entrepreneurial innovation consciousness is weak and their concepts is outdated; Secondly, universities, it’s lack of creative and entrepreneurship education, and with less systematic innovation theory and curriculum setting about entrepreneurship education. Finally, university teachers’ innovative quality is not good, the current situation of teachers is not optimistic.Therefore, the article focuses on the study about the cultivation of College Students’ innovative and entrepreneurial ability under the perspective of individualized education, tries to put forward a effective path for College Students’ innovation ability cultivating according to the individual education which as starting point cannot be ignored and the successful way to train the innovation ability when through review the literature and aim at personality characteristics for the contemporary college student. |
