With the continuous development of social economy, the development of rural basic education plays an increasingly important role for the development of the social economy.Primary school teacher is the decisive factor in the development of basic education in rural area,so that building a excellent quality, strong professional skills, scientific and rational structure of the teaching staff is a prerequisite for the development of education to achieve balanced development of education foundation.In order to explore northern Shaanxi Rural Primary Education Development especially teaching staff status,this study Taking North Shaanxi rural primary school teachers as the research object. Make use of literature analysis, questionnaire method, describes the status of teachers in rural primary school in northern Shaanxi Development.
