Research On Development Of Female Human Resources And Zoology Construction Of Village In North Shaanxi Province

With the implementation of West Development Policy, the scientificdevelopment concept of China government points out that along with the economicdevelopment of society, we have to take human, resources and environment intoconsideration and develop harmoniously. We carry out the continuous developmentpolicy with the combination of human resources, natural resources development,environment protection and economic development. North Shaanxi loessial altiplano isthe environmental fragile zone, world-famous for its soil run out. Terrible naturalenvironment and failure to utilize the huge female human resources limits the localarea's economic development.Since the Open Policy has been carried out, most of the male human resources areout to the city to find a job and career opportunity. The women are the main force ofagricultural produce. Therefore, developing the female human resources to take part inthe environmental construction has reality significance and value of the theorydiscussing in order to make the village economic, society and environment developmentcontinuously come true. From the aspect of research method, this paper probes into theproblem of North Shaanxi village female resources development and environmentalconstruction through literature searching, paper investigating, and family visiting fromthe view of sociology in order to offer theory foundation to the local government.The thesis can be divided into six parts.Part one is introduction. It is the guide of this paper, including the goal andsignificance of such research, review on domestic and international research and thebasic research road and method.Part two is the relativity analysis of North Shaanxi village female human resourcesdevelopment and the environmental construction. It emphasizes mutual relationshipbetween the environment and the women in plantation, family consumption, economicincome augment and educating the children.Part three is the current situation investigation of female human resourcesdevelopment and the environmental construction of G village in North Shaanxi. Itincludes the whole economic situation of G village, education condition of female human resources, non-agricultural skill condition, bearing concept, attendance ofenvironmental construction, condition of setting the plantation back to grass and wood,condition of village organization and so forth.Part four discusses the analysis of the problem and reason on the female humanresources development of G village in North Shaanxi based upon the currentdevelopment of the female resources. This paper points out main problem laying in thevillage female human resources development. Firstly, it is the sexual prejudice in cultureand low education experience limits its development. Secondly, it is the result of heavyhousework, conservative bearing concept and indifference of the environmentconsciousness. Thirdly, community lacks of the organization consciousness and localgovernment's funds to construct the environment are not enough to stimulate the femaleto participate in the construction.Part five includes ways of developing female human resources to take part in theenvironmental construction of villages in North Shaanxi. The main content is educatingwomen, setting up full environmental make-up system, building social support networkof women attending the environmental construction, perfecting the correspondingfacilities and so on.Part six is the conclusion. There is great potential for village female humanresources to construct the environment. Currently, the female human resources are notfully developed due to internal and external factors. It points out the significance andtheory value of developing female human resources to take part in the environmentalconstruction.
