Investigation On The Status Quo Of Public Sports Services In Shaanxi Province And Path Selection

With the construction of a service-oriented government in our country and reform,public services are more and more publicized and promoted by all levels governments and administration departments,sports public service is also widely publicized and promoted as an important component of public service content.Our country government and the relevant administrative departments are committed to all the people enjoying equal public services all the time,but at present,owing to the differences in economic development,culture deposits and other reasons,sports public services are quite different in different regions,sports equalization of public services building are also not identical.In shaanxi province as an example,this study of sports public service construction in recent years,using the literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other methods of investigation and analysis to find out the supply and demand relations changes of shaanxi sports public service,the results shows that there are some problems in the construction of sports public service in it,such as insufficient resources,single type,disparity between urban and rural,obviously regional and class divide,and so on..In order to improve public sports service in shaanxi province,the direction of construction should begin from the regulations of political,economic and cultural,mobilizing various forces of the government,society,residents of individual and so on.Specific recommendations are:to improve the overall level of resources and the overall balance of supply and effective use of existing public services to provide sports stadium resources,such as schools,sports resources of enterprises and institutions;strengthen government reform,transformation of government functions,to promote government from a management model to a service-oriented transformation,decentralization,the process of the construction of sports public service regulation;promote public participation in sports public service initiative,based on the economic level,geographical characteristics of each region,to fully understand residents’ sports in different areas of public service needs,mobilize the masses to participate in the construction of sports public service consciousness;improve the relevant institutional reforms and building systems,by improving the fiscal transfer system,the establishment of sports equalization of public services evaluation system,strengthen supervision of sports public service market,optimizing social and public participation mechanisms,and improve sports public service system.
