| Since the reform and opening up,China’s higher education has undergone tremendous and profound changes.With the continuous expansion of the scale of higher education,quality problem has aroused great attention.As a practitioner and disseminator of higher education,college teachers have gradually been attention.But in recent years,along with the introduction of a series of educational policy,university teachers have gradually produced a work of burnout.Burnout on schools,teachers and students have their own great.If not find out the reason of University Teachers’ Burnout and come up with strategies,university teachers will not play its due role.Therefore,this teacher of Shaanxi Province provincial universities,for example,to the MBI scale based Design "College Teachers’ questionnaire",the first part of the basic information on the sample for statistical description of this questionnaire in order to observe the overall test sample features;secondly,the use of reliability analysis,validity analysis of two different analysis methods,the scale part of the questionnaire to test,identify appropriate questionnaire design,credibility;Finally,in determining eligibility questionnaire reliability and validity of the premise,the main single factor analysis of variance to verify the different characteristics of teacher burnout differences,through surveys of Shaanxi Province provincial teachers College there is a certain degree of job burnout;unequal gender,age,marital status,personal circumstances,which also burnout different.According to "Occupational Stress Questionnaire" Design "College Teachers’ Factors Questionnaire",to analyze the causes of Shaanxi Province Provincial Universities and Colleges burnout,high and low scores are sorted according to the survey results,select the highest scoring seven pressure source,as the main reason of Shaanxi Province provincial Universities teachers’ Burnout: wages and benefits are not high;the heavy workload;social expectations too high;fewer learning opportunities;interpersonal ring narrow;performance appraisal pressure;pressure generated by the long-term from teaching.According to the causes of burnout from the social level,the school level,the individual level teachers propose effective countermeasures to provide advice to the healthy development of university teachers.Social level,mainly on teachers a reasonable expectation for teachers to provide social support,the correct implementation of education reform and focus on political,sports teachers in colleges and universities;school level is mainly to establish a harmonious working environment,and establish a fair and reasonable teaching and research assessment system focus on career planning and attention to special teachers;teachers themselves mainly to improve the level of occupational competence,improve personality quality,improve mental ability to adapt and adjust your cognitive system through joint action over three levels,the University teachers’ Burnout will be effectively mitigated. |
