According to the sixth national census data show, the number of migrant workers children whose age below 14 years old is nearly about 43 million, with the increasing number of this team, the various problems that they have suffered has become increasingly prominent. First, there have a great gap on the benefits of economic incentives, public facilities, educational resources and other aspects that the migrant workers children enjoy compared with the local residents children. In addition, they also have the problems like lacking of family education, lacking of learning situation, facing high dropout rates, live in bad environment, having poor health status, etc. In order to drive this group to solve their problems effectively, we are not only need to get the support of the policy and society, but also need to improve their resilienceinclude to improve their psychological quality and problem solving ability,that is very necessary. In the past, most of scholars focuses their research on the resilience in a theoretical level, but lack in-depth study in practice. Therefore, this thesis launched a practical case study research on the resilience of migrant workers children. The service process mainly include of establishing relationship, estimating, planning, implementation, evaluation, disengaging, follow up interview. Social worker used this seven steps to provide service for the object of study. Hope in the process of this research could explore feasible ways to enhance the resilience of migrant workers children, so that they could cope with life stress better. At the same time, promote the development of related theoretical research.
