Since the 1990 s,large-scale population mobility has become a hot topic of social concern. With the continuous transformation and development of our society, both the scale of population mobility and the internal structure have undergone major changes. The mode of population mobility has gradually changed from independent "individual" mobility to multi-person "linkage" mobility based on nuclear family, which leads more and more children to follow their parents into the city and become "mobile children ".This long-term,mobile lifestyle is not only a geographical migration for migrant children, but to some extent a geographical separation The relationship between the blood relatives and the original network of relationships has been cut off;on the other hand, under the influence of the current education policy, migrant children can not enjoy the same educational opportunities as urban children of the same age,and are excluded from the mainstream education system in the places of entry.Affected by these factors, they are gradually "marginalized "," excluded ",and more labeled " bad children ".If this group of children is not given attention and timely help, their physical and mental development will be greatly affected. However, the study found that mobile children are not powerless to cope with the stress and negative effects of these environmental changes, and they can also shape healthy personality and psychological qualities in adversity. As an excellent psychological quality, resilience is a person's ability to adapt and regulate in the face of difficulties, and has gradually become an important factor in the development of psychological and physical health of floating children. In this paper, based on the dominant perspective and the basic goal of anti-reverse improvement, the main factors affecting the anti-reverse improvement of migrant children were collected through questionnaire survey and case interview, and the problems faced by migrant children were analyzed. This articleThe evaluation of the effectiveness of the case service shows that the development of the case work can effectively improve the self-re ability of floating children, and under the intervention of narrative therapy,it can change their original false cognition and behavior, and achieve the effect of adapting to the environment. However, whether the effectiveness of the case was representative needed further study.
