In recent years,with the continuous development of society and the acceleration of urbanization,the people pay more and more attention to preschool education.As the capital city of Guizhou Province,Guiyang City has been accelerating its economy and attracting a large number of migrant workers.At the same time,its children's pre-school education has also begun to become prominent.The issue of "difficult admission to schools" has become more and more serious.It is mainly reflected in the equality of admission rights of migrant children in migrant workers and the equality of educational resources they enjoy.In this study,Guiyang Migrant Workers migrant children 's "difficult to enter the park," the main use of a combination of field research and literature research methods found that migrant workers Guiyang migrant children "difficult to enter the park" status and "difficult " Point that into public park hardship,into high-quality private garden hardship into the qualified kindergarten hard to enter the home near kindergarten difficult.Based on the theories of multi-center governance theory,this paper analyzes the causes of the problem of migrant children entering the country from migrant workers in Guiyang,mainly from the government,society,kindergartens and families.They are mainly due to the lack of government functions and social leadership is not in place,poor conditions of teachers and infrastructure in kindergartens for migrant workers and their mobility,and lack of attention to preschool education.Therefore,the countermeasures and suggestions on how to solve the problem of migrant children migrating to Guiyang in Guiyang at this stage are put forward.From the perspective of government function,the government should give full play to its leading role and improve the correlation between migrant children migrant children entering the park Policies,ensuring equality of educational opportunities,increasing financial input,and strengthening supervision and management.From the social level,it is necessary to give play to its main role of propaganda and encouragement.Efforts should be made to promote the reform of the household registration system by appealing to the community to pay attention to the admission problems of migrant children and to expand various forms of subsidy.At the same time,we should strengthen the care of rural migrant workers and strengthen their social security.From the kindergarten's perspective,they should play their main role in strengthening the cultivation of their teaching staff.The sense of responsibility of managers and teachers needs to be constantly enhanced to continuously improve their infrastructure.From the family perspective,the family should,through its own efforts,continuously enhance its own economic,cultural and social capital,improve the family environment and assume the responsibility of its children for preschool education.
