With the development of China's economy,the number of children of migrant workers is increasing.In the process of their social integration,the inadaptability of children of migrant workers is becoming more and more serious.The problem of migrant children's weak interpersonal skills is increasingly prominent,especially in primary school.Interpersonal skills are regarded as one of the most indispensable key factors in the process of migrant children's personal growth.To have good interpersonal skills is not only beneficial to promote the harmony of migrant children's peer group,family and community,but also related to some certain macro factors,such as stability of our society.Thus,more and more scholars have paid attention to the problem of the migrant children's interpersonal skills.This essay takes Student W from The Second Primary School of Funiu Road in Zhengzhou as the object of research and service.Based on the theories related to social work,this essay will use case work method,one of the three major methodologies in social work field,to analyze the issues and needs of W'interpersonal situation,to provide professional services for the improvement of his interpersonal skills.By summary and reflection of this essay,the author will share the experience and shortcomings in the process of the case service.
