The Information Technology Department of the university,which is based on the orientation of teaching and scientific research, should keep the pace and emphasize the construction of the service-oriented department. User as the most important one in the service, should be classified and satisfied, in order to realize the final goal of promoting the management.This paper takes the Information Technology Department of the university in Beijing as the research object, goes through the research of customer satisfaction model and analysis of the work, and constructs the evaluation system of customer satisfaction index;It gets the data in the method of the questionnaire survey, and asks the teachers and students to get the actual situation in the university; Then uses user satisfaction index evaluation system to evaluate the questionnaire data, and through the comparison of the actual data analysis and user satisfaction index evaluation system, It provides solutions and countermeasures.With the rapid development of information technology, the construction of information in Colleges and universities should be based on the users, and be close to the user’s needs, in order to improve the user’s satisfaction, and then get the understanding and support of the majority of teachers and students. It is the basic idea of university information construction, Information Department should pay more and more attention to user satisfaction research. |
