Human resource management is the process of employee for acquisition, integration,promoting, control, retaining, adjustment and development, mainly including recruitment,personnel training,staff motivation and retaining employees. Human resources management has a pivotal position in school management, and compensation management is the core of the problem. Therefore, how to construct a simple,efficient and reasonable salary system to attract, motivate and retain good teachers and to improve the school strength, has become the focus of attention of the school.Based on the study of the compensation system theory and 3PM concept this paper unfolds comprehensive analysis about the existing salary system of SW School combined with the present situation of private college’ salary system in China. It found out the existed problems through the detailed analysis of the current salary system in the SW school. In accordance with the salary system designed principles and procedures, first of all the paper processes job analysis, then unfolds job evaluation adopting the hay job evaluation system in determining remuneration interval adjusting the salary scale and salary for employees based on personal factors and the floating staff wages linked to firm performance and employee performance,and ensures the basic salary of the teachers combined with the school management strategy and private college teachers’ salary based on market factors in the SW school. This paper optimizes an incentive system of salary based on the advanced 3PM concept which is competitive for external and impartial for internal.This paper uses the real SW school case, at the same time, compensation system considers practicality everywhere so that teacher’ salary system based on the advanced 3PM concept has strong operability. In this paper, teachers work instructions, teachers’ job evaluation system, performance management system for teachers, teacher’ welfare system and immaterial compensation part supporting the new salary system failed to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth study, so there is many research space.
