Our country supports the development of professional technology colleges. Also society needs talents with professional technology. On the other hand, competition among professional technology colleges is very fierce. How can this college succeed?Education is the root of school and the teachers put it into practice. So the stabilization and development of teachers'group decide the persistent development directly. However, along with the development of college personnel and distribution system, original compensation system is incompatible with present needs, which lead to the depression of teachers'satisfactions, which mainly reflect the following three aspects: Firstly, earning of teachers is lower than those of teachers in other colleges, which cause the lost of talents, at the same time it is difficult to absorb elitists. Secondly, the ratio of the earning of teachers to those of logistic staff seems to be unfair.
