Loss Of Xinghai County Teachers And Teachers’ Professional Spirit Cultivation Research

In today’s rapid development of market economy, the social demand for all kinds of resources has become more urgent, human resources has increasingly become the first resources of the competition. Institutions of education career especially talented people are thirsty. However in the loss of teachers is a lot of schools have to face problems in ethnic minority areas. Teacher losing seriously affects the stability of teachers’ group construction in national regions, the school teaching academic integrity construction, affecting the improvement of teaching quality and cultivate students’ ability, and even have severely affected the healthy development of the education in ethnic minority areas.In this paper, the most representative in national regions of hainan Tibetan autonomous prefecture in qinghai province spot investigation, the three schools of xinghai county with questionnaire and case interview, comparative research method to analyze the xinghai county, loss of teachers, and teachers loss deeper reasons behind. Articles from social factors, school factors, personal factors launched an investigation and analysis, draw the conclusion:low society to teacher’s identity; Teachers’ social status is not high, can not get the respect of the parents and students; School management system lack of humanity; School administrators are highly personal arbitrary ideas seriously; Human feelings; Factors such as ethnic exclusion is the main reason of causing huge loss of xinghai county teachers. On the basis of the analysis of these reasons put forward countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the loss of teachers in ethnic minority areas, in order to achieve the purpose of stable teachers in ethnic minority areas, promote education of ethnic region toward sustainability, innovative, continuity in the direction of development.
