Research On College Studengts’ Consciousness Of The Rule Of Law And Its Cultivation

At present,our country is comprehensively promoting the construction of the rule of law.However,if we want to realise legal construction in china,we not only need legal system with Chinese characteristics,but also need citizens who have knowledge of law,emotion of law and the ability to act the law. As important members of the citizens, the role of college students in the rule of law China construction should not be underestimated. Under the background of the rule of law,exploring the connotation and constituent elements of the Chinese characteristic socialism rule of law consciousness, studying college students’consciousness of the rule of law have important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the rule of law theory and practice of the rule of law in China, by using law, education, psychology, political science, history and sociology of knowledge and methods,this article expends around the theme that What is college students’ consciousness of the rule of law, Why to cultivate and how to develop. The first part mainly explores what is college students’consciousness of the rule of law that they should establish.It is consciousness of socialism rule of law with Chinese characteristic,including consciousness of party’s leading,Consciousness of legal supremacy,Consciousness of power restriction,democratic participation consciousness,right consciousness and the sense of fairness and justice. And the significance of Cultivating College Students’ awareness of the rule of law. The survey found that college students’ consciousness of the rule of law in terms of cognitive, emotional attitudes and behavioral competence had problems. These problems and analysis of the causes constitute the second part of the paper. That is why to foster college students’ consciousness of the rule of law.
