| In recent years, the group cooperation is highly favored by the education of many countries. The research on group cooperation mode of class management in junior middle school is the necessity to not only the current educational theory research, but also promoting China’s basic education reform and development. A class should have their own needs, emotion, thinking, personality, value pursuit and their own unique class culture. Through group cooperation and competition, team members try their best, get together to accomplish the objectives and tasks, so as to cultivate students’sense of personal responsibility, but also conducive to enhancing the competition between students the consciousness of cooperation and competition. The students in a group learn from each other, and make progress together. This paper adopts literature study, observation method, interview method, investigation method of the questionnaire and the comparison analysis method, Take class 14 as an example to practice the method, and after two years’practice, we find out that group co management has achieved remarkable results in junior middle school.This article includes six chapters:Chapter One is introduction, which includes the research status of the class group cooperation mode background, concept definition, theoretical basis, research methods and structure of this thesis. The second chapter is about the class group cooperation mode, which talks about how to build a competition mechanism for group training, the evaluation cooperative principle and the formation of the group culture. The third chapter is the research and practice of concrete, which is mainly about the research and practice of the author in the K middle school in Zhongshan city, including the development of the quantitative assessment of class rules, group name, division, introduction, training plan and target group and convention group honor. The fourth chapter is the use of this team in the classroom teaching. The fifth chapter is the analysis of experimental results. The main results include the evaluation of moral education, test scores, questionnaire analysis, interview and observation and the analysis of the cases. The sixth chapter is the reflection of the problems in the practice of class management mode of group cooperation, mainly discusses the class group co management problems and countermeasures. The last part is the conclusion, which talks about author’s feelings toward the group cooperation in her class management and the directions she will work toward. |
