As an organizational form of teaching, group cooperative learning is paid more attention increasingly, and there are some successful examples of group cooperative learning both in domestic and overseas. Two science teachers Jonathan Bergman and Aaron Sam from Woodland Park High School make the flipped class become popular around the world by their brilliant teaching practice, and in China, there are numerous followers appearing. The author also does some relevant researches in his school. But we can see, even if flipped class has become well-known worldwide, it still remains in non-mainstream of domestic educational foundations. For the reasons, the author thinks as follows: on the one hand, group cooperation lacking of deep independent study often cannot form effective cooperation; on the other hand, flipped learning lacking of cooperation leaves students helpless, and their effective deep learning cannot be guaranteed. In teaching practice, group cooperation learning and flipped class by applying the group cooperation learning into the flipped class,to form the "four links and steps"teaching pattern the calls "independent, mutual assistance, cooperation, and win-win".Independent study, coadjutant communication, cooperation display and win-win promotion make up the learning process of students. The author puts students’ learning in the first position, make students independently study by materials such as video, teaching books, and learning task list, and in class, let students form groups, cooperate and display based on group mutual communication and pairing support, and help students consolidate and expend knowledge by win-win promotion (namely, teacher commenting, class competition, in-class test, layering practice, etc.).On the one hand, group cooperation benefits the practice of independent learning in flipped class. Group cooperation learning contributes to helping students become a common targeted cooperating team, and the leading of common target and the mutual supervision among members help students form continuous power of learning and self-control, which can correct bad learning habits and guarantee to fulfill the tasks. For the common target, members will help each other to improve the average grades of group and in this way, every member can meet the basic learning requirements. Moreover, sharing learning materials among the members can solve the problem of different learning conditions. On the other hand, flipped class helps to realize personalized learning and deep learning during the group cooperation. In the practice process, the author provides abundant learning materials to students so that they can select different materials on the basis of their practical need and learning habits. Academic improvement can be irregular and students can have their own academic steps. After back to class, students need to discuss in group (share and help), and then display their discussion results to other groups. Every member is demand to join in the display process, and everyone has to shoulder some tasks, in order to guarantee the individual responsibility. Besides, flipped class which is based on group cooperation can help to change students’ learning ecology and improve their learning effect.Hence, flipped class which is based on group cooperation will contribute to the improvement of students’ scientific literacy and scholastic attainment according to "four links and steps" teaching pattern of "independent, mutual assistance, cooperation, and win-win",and it is a reference teaching pattern of flipped class.
