In today’s Internet tide, all areas are in depth integration with the Internet, the field of education is no exception. With the popularity of mobile devices and wireless network, people can use of fragmented time to learn, but the network learning resources does not conform to the people’s mobile learning habits micro lesson in this era of mobile network can meet the need of people’s learning and good learning experience. But at the present stage, the research on the design and development of micro lesson is not very mature. The research of this paper is based on the design, production and application of the micro lesson, which is designed to help the teachers to carry out the teaching.This paper is divided into six parts:the first part mainly introduces the background, research purpose and research significance present research situation research; the second part is the related concepts and theoretical basis, the third part analyzes the present stage of Chinese primary school teachers on the development and application of micro teaching, provide the basic environment for the following research, make the research more realistic teaching environment; the fourth part is mainly from the perspective of the theory of Chinese teaching in primary school, micro class design was discussed, and put forward a complete micro class development process; the fifth part discusses the application in micro class in the actual teaching, according to the version of the first grade teaching unit second "I do not know to ask" this class to design and develop a series of micro lesson, and apply it to In the actual teaching, the use of classes and unused classes are compared to test the effect of teaching. The sixth part is the summary of this study and some prospects for this study.Through the author’s research, it is found that the micro lesson has a certain effect on the Chinese teaching in primary school, and it has a certain effect on improving the students’ learning efficiency and learning interest. The research of this paper can provide reference for the micro teaching in primary school language teaching. The application of the micro class needs the majority of teachers in accordance with their own teaching experience and the use of modern educational technology to better popularization, better for students to learn.
