With the introduction of khan Academy and the continuous development of modern educational technology, micro-lecture is becoming an important breakthrough in reforming the teaching mode, more and more teachers,experts and scholars began to study on the micro-lecture. However, as a new type of teaching resources, the theoretical research on micro-lecture is still to be strengthened. At the same time,it should combine with practice closely. At present, the development of micro-lecture resources and design of micro-lecture teaching mode only stay in the theoretical level, which hasn’t been tested in practice, the empirical research on the application effect of micro-lecture is still lack of.Therefore, the research on the development and application of primary mathematics micro-lecture resources becomes necessary.Based on the existing research results,the author uses literature research method, empirical research method, questionnaire and many other methods In this study To further clarify the connotation and characteristics of micro-lecture. And on the basis of the theory, the author chooses the primary mathematics micro-lecture works in Chinese micro-lecture website for analysis, in order to understand the development situation of primary mathematics micro-lecture resources, and puts forward the corresponding strategies. In addition, the author analyses the principles which should follow when we design micro-lecture resources, and take "the trapezoidal area" as example, comprehensively and systematically introduces the development and application procedure of micro-lecture resources, including the design of micro-lecture resources(shooting micro video, writing micro teaching plan, arranging micro exercises), the implementation of micro-lecture teaching, the judge of micro-lecture teaching evaluation. The author also put forward the concrete scheme about how to use mathematics micro-lecture resources in primary school, and take the fifth grade students in D school as the experimental object, to find out the actual effect of micro-lecture in teaching, according to the data measured before and after the class. It also provides good reference for teachers that research on micro-lecture practice. Finally, the author put forward the innovations, shortages and the prospect of the study.
