| With the deep reforming of elementary education course, and the proposal of“Research develops the schoolâ€, school-based research and training gradually become the important direction of school development. It is also one of effective measures to promote the development of the teachers and students. Therefore, school-based research and training has also become the study focus of scholars and front-line teachers.School-based research and training based on school development, it shift down teaching research and training, it takes the teacher in the course teaching and the concrete problem of the teaching and research as the research object, it restore the main body status of teachers, it is an activity which is participated by the academic scholars and professionals. The whole activity emphasizes the exchange, share and cooperate between the main body, the main body and the research and training experts,and it attach importance to their experience. The analysis on school-based research discipline theory and interpretation of the concept provide a solid theoretical support for the research.School-based research and training based on the theory of "reduction", "dialogue" and "experience", this paper has made an empirical investigation in ten primary schools in Changsha City. The study found that there are some problems in these three levels of the school-based research and training activities. First, the "reduction" degree of school-based research and training is low. It specifically shows that it is divorced from real life and lack imagination and creation; second, "dialogue" quality is not high. It specifically shows that subjects less about sharing and they lack spontaneous communication and integration; third, "experience" is not thorough. It lack initiative participation, meditation and sentiment, as well as the experience of ascension, consolidation and using.This paper has put forward "down to earth" strategy to improve the foundation it based on "reduction", "dialogue" and "experience" theory and practical problems. As far as "reduction" level, it proposes the implementation of research and training research, adjusts the content and form of research and training, makes the school-based research and training teachers do more teaching practice; reduces teacher burden, brings research training into the academic life of teachers; on thebasis of teacher’s demand, it let the research and training of teachers return their own life. As far as "dialogue", it encourages teachers’ personal research, constructs teachers "dialogue" teaching and encourages teaching and research academic debate in order to improve the quality of the "dialogue". As far as “experienceâ€, it encourages teachers share their teaching experience, trains teachers to use self-reflective achievement habits, creates a favorable institutional environment and encourages teachers’ self-reflection. |
