The language teacher’s professional development experience is the teacher’s wisdom crystallization on the road to success, as the Chinese masters emerge in endlessly, explore the language teacher’s professional development experience is very important.LongYuan located in the inland, although life and material level is relatively backward, the LongYuan language teacher have created a new situation in LongYuan language education. This research tries to through interviews, classroom observation and other methods to understand LongYuan language teacher professional development process, and then through the perceptual knowledge and rational analysis, combing the LongYuan teacher professional development experience, in order to growing language teachers and language education have a positive impact.This research adopts qualitative research method, a follow-up study, focus interview way. Three LongYuan teachers personally review the process of professional development, feeling all this harvest, combined with their own experience and the reality request of young teachers. The author use qualitative research material analysis tools NVivo8, NVivo8 sorts through the interview material and in-depth analysis LongYuan factor and the basic mechanism of teacher professional development, then comes to the conclusions, the conclusions are that: the basic experience in middle school language teacher professional development is that:,never regret and dedicated to Chinese education career; on the teaching methods,they dare to innovation, have the courage to break through; Reading and writing; Respect the student, and always maintain a harmonious relationship between teachers and students; Promotion of students’ Chinese achievement and literacy is one of the symbols of the language teacher becoming a good teacher. The influencing factors of middle school Chinese teacher professional development consists of two parts, the external cause is mainly the school environment; Internal cause it’s teachers have strong consciousness of self-development, have solid frontier education idea and education research ability. The basic rules of Chinese middle school teacherprofessional development is divided into two aspectss: first, the inner aspect, teachers are seeking, improvement and introspection by themselves and becoming the real teacher. Second: the external aspect, the external factors promote teacher growth. In summary, one of the basic path of Chinese middle school teacher professional growth is that school create a good condition for teachers’ professional development. Second teachers through various paths of self development. This includes consciousness,learning, research and reflection.
