Professional development of teachers is the inevitable requirement of modern educational development .In the process of teachers'professional development ,different theories are emerging one after another .School-based teacher-training, an educational innovation, is presenting its full vitality, for its conforming to Chinese national condition. This theory has quickly attracted people's attention and got people's acceptance. Schools in different places have been summarizing and probing, revolving the three key elements of school-based teacher-training---professional leading, companion cooperation and practice refleation.Thus more spaces have been opened up, both in theory and in practice. The author agrees that school-based teacher-training, in brief,is teachers'training or education based on schools. This study refers to teachers'educational activities, with teachers'teaching each other and learning each other as its basic form, mixed with teaching research and scientific research, with improving teachers'educational and teaching abilities as the main aim. According to the extension, school-based teacher-training is the general designation of teachers'education in schools.This thesis starts with the basic theories of the School-based teacher-training, focusing people'attention on the specialist of the area. It examines the growth of the School-based teacher-training work of this area. Through the methods of literature, interview and questionnaire etc,the thesis summarizes such problems as weak consciousness of the study, unitary form of the study, lacking methods and actual effect etc. It analyzes the causes of the problems. On this basis and on the principles of balanced development, in line with the local school condition and task motivation, a general development thought was put forward, namely"pay attention to country sides, do joint teaching research, combine cities and country sides."School-based teacher-training, being an innovation theory, also faces the problems of development scientifically and keeping up with the times. In the light of the important and difficult problems under the background of the course reform in our country, taking the area condition into consideration, the author tries to build a school-based teacher-training strategy system suited to the local area educational development. This thesis, revolving round the three key elements of school-based teacher-training, advocates that the demand of the teachers at their posts should be focused on, that the building of teaching and research leadership should be strengthened, that the study should be done in teaching and study groups, that the collective preparations of teachers should be effective, that the tactics of educational and reflection should be grasped, that the study means should use lesson case as its carrier. It also discusses how the teachers should be organized to attend a lecture and appraise a lecture. In the meantime, the author emphasizes that relevant measures should be improved in order to carry the study forward, that perfect study system should be built, that with the help of the modern educational technology, people should put up a terrace of school-based teacher-training, so they will realize the ideal of resource sharing. What they do is to raise the teachers'quality, so the level of educational development will be raise, the final goal is to raise the education standard of the area.
