With the social and economic development, the traditional rural society is also undergoing tremendous changes. With the further development of urbanization, rural society exposed a lot of problems. Basis of rural society are human relations variation, money, power and other factors gradually occur. The gradual disintegration of the traditional clan relations, after the abolition of the commune system in rural areas, rural social atomization increasingly serious nostalgia become indifferent, rural bully this group began to rise, an important role affect rural society, but also attracted academic attention. Village punks always exist, but now this group there are some new features, organized, violent, young punks management group became a country facing problems. Not only harm the development of the rural economy, accounting for the national rural input resources to the detriment of rural development. There are many reasons for the generation of punks and backward rural economy, farmers increased the survival plight of migrant workers into the city to make a living not only low income, social status and under.
