With the development of the times and the progress of science and technology, the cultivation of students’ cooperative consciousness and cooperative skills has become an important development direction in the future. Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform, the group cooperative learning model has been recognized by many educational experts and scholars, but also by the majority of teachers and students welcome. Many provinces and cities in this century set off a wave of cooperative learning.In order to understand the current problems in the normal course of junior middle school students, the author has carried on the investigation through the compilation of the questionnaire. Through the questionnaire statistical analysis, the author summed up five common problems: cooperative learning in "non cooperation", specious form, participate in uneven, poor cooperation and misunderstandings in the evaluation, and the causes were analyzed. The practical research on Cooperative Learning in junior high school biology normal classes, ready to carry on the cooperation study from five aspects, and introduced the implementation of cooperative learning in Jiangsu Science Version Book7 unit 3 Section 1 "food chain".At last, the author puts forward the suggestion to some cooperative learning: change the teachers’ and students’ inherent in the concept of competition, certainly a core value of cooperative learning, pay attention to the study of cooperative learning theory, to improve their cooperation teachers’ teaching skills, select the appropriate content for cooperative learning, strengthen the training of cooperative skills of students and establish a diversified evaluation system for cooperative learning and so on.
