In the background of novel coronavirus epidemic,it is particularly important to master the biological knowledge."Biology curriculum standard of compulsory education stage"(2011 Edition)proposes that the teaching of biology in the new era environment should actively carry out the advocacy of inquiry learning,and implement the teaching action to every student,so as to improve the students' quality of biology.Group cooperative learning method is a kind of inquiry based on multi person cooperation,which can not only stimulate students' interest in learning,but also fully drive students' initiative in learning.In the underdeveloped and remote ethnic rural areas,the quality of education is not high,and the loss of students is serious.It is necessary to change the teaching strategy,wake up the students' inner consciousness,and change the role of students,that is,from the passive receiver of knowledge to the active participant.Group cooperative learning is a kind of teaching mode which takes cooperative learning group as the basic form,emphasizes students as the main body,promotes the exchange and cooperation of Group members,and completes the learning task together.In order to understand the use of group cooperative learning in biology class of junior middle school students in ethnic minority areas,a questionnaire was used to investigate the situation of group cooperative learning in biology class of junior middle school students in a ethnic minority area of Sichuan Province,by using the interview method,this paper investigates the biology teachers in junior middle school,understands the current situation of group cooperative learning in biology class,and explores the problems existing in the use of group cooperative learning method.The results show that the group cooperative learning method is widely used and the teaching model is well loved by teachers and students,but there are still some problems such as unscientific group formation,inaccurate selection of teaching content,indepth evaluation and poor classroom organization.Based on this,in this paper,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve group cooperative learning,such as cultivating students' autonomous learning ability,setting up groups reasonably,selecting teaching contents accurately,evaluating students scientifically and drawing up reasonable rewards and punishments mechanism.This paper makes clear the attention of group cooperative learning method,summarizes the specific flow of group cooperative learning method,namely,clear teaching objectives,task allocation,cooperation and exchange,summary report and learning evaluation.At the same time,we comb the suitable content of group cooperation in Biology Textbook of people's education press for junior middle school,design the suitable case of group cooperation study method,and take "seed plant" and "the reproduction and development of birds" as an example to carry out teaching practice.Through the interview after class,we know that the group cooperative learning method can focus students' attention,improve students' initiative to think about problems,and urge students to consolidate the knowledge they have learned.Finally,based on the results,the corresponding suggestions are given,that is,to pay attention to biology teaching,to set up a reasonable learning group,and to consider the use of group cooperative learning method.
