Shortage of funding for education is an important reality issue to constraint Guangxi Middle Vocational Education Reform and Development, It have the most direct relationship for the quality of teaching and school conditions, it is a crucial and decisive role to achieve the rapid development of vocational schools. In the case of insufficient funding for education, it is an important issue currently facing how to implement tuition-free policy. It’s particularly necessary to achieve effective cost sharing. Thus, have the secondary vocational education cost-sharing as the foothold, it’s very necessary to explore the cost-sharing issues In-depth and achieve Multi-channel financing for the development of vocational education in Guangxi.In this paper, it’s based on the theory of public goods and education cost-sharing. First of all, analyzing the overall development situation of Guangxi secondary vocational education after the implementation of tuition-free policy, As demonstrated in order to achieve the rapid development of vocational education in Guangxi, it is necessary to broaden the sources of funding of secondary vocational education, achieve the cost-sharing of secondary vocational education; Secondly, based on the historical data of the statistical yearbook and interview survey of several vocational schools in Guangxi, grasp each cost-sharing status of secondary vocational education in Guangxi from the macro and micro; on the basis of, Summary the problems of Guangxi secondary vocational education cost-sharing and analysis the reasons for these problems in deeper. And so, proposed the suggestions of multi-channel fund-raising for Guangxi secondary vocational education, to expand the funding of Secondary vocational education in Guangxi, to achieve rapid development of vocational education.
