Marxist educational theory is a scientific theory in the National Ethnic Theory of Marxism guidance, based on Marx and Engels and their successors basic ideas for national and Ethnic Studies of the theoretical foundation of important expositions. The use of the Chinese Communist Party Marxist educational theory to guide National Ethnic Education in China has made remarkable achievements. Changchun City, although not minority areas, but the city a total of 46 ethnic minority population of 25.2 million,3.3% of the total population; minority schools a total of 13, accounting for 6% of the total number of schools, the National Education issues national diaspora region has a certain representation.Marxist Ethnic Theory and Its Development of Education in China has important theoretical and practical significance, especially for the study of non-ethnic minority areas of education, to further deepen the study of Marxism Nationality Theory Chinese, effectively guide new national work under historical conditions. At present, the Marxist theory of national education as a guide, a study of the city, especially the results of the National Education National diaspora is relatively scarce, research diaspora minority ethnic education and even fewer overall situation. From the more micro perspective, trying to grasp a more detailed understanding of educational reality and non-minority areas from Changchun City National Education issues. Meanwhile, information on the number of Marxist Theory of Nationality and ethnic minority areas and ethnic areas of non-education education were analyzed and summarized, and strive to sort out the relevant from Changchun City, the National Education related content.Changchun City National Education first began in the Qing dynasty, due to historical reasons, mainly Manchu education. Now, Changchun City, the National Education is mainly composed of Korean, Hui, Manchu education. Changchun City as a non-minority areas, through its history and current situation of national education development and summarized, in-depth analysis of National Education in Changchun, including:national school level of education is uneven, the National Education and mainstream cultural interaction insufficient, inadequate supply of national educational resources, national school and family education divorced from social, ethnic and other single educational content. Deal with the problems, put forward the scientific development of national education goals, mainstream cultural interaction and ethnic education, accelerate the pace of national high-level personnel training, school education and family education social interaction, improve the Multicultural Curriculum Resources Development and bilingual teaching appropriate solutions path.In this paper, the history and current situation of Minority Education in Changchun City as the starting point, the application of Marxist Theory of Ethnic Education, National Education Marxism from which to explore the development path in our nation is scattered areas, lessons Minority Education, Law and Information, Marx deepening of Marxist national Education theory and effective implementation of new ideas for the construction of the Chinese dream soul cohesive theoretical foundation of good work.
