The Normalization Of National Theory And National Policy Education Within The Scope Of The Universities And The First-mover Advantages Of Ethnic Colleges

That the demand of the development of the times to the national theory and the national policy education and the attention of nation to the national theory and the national policy education makes it urgent to realize the normalization of the national theory and national policy education in universities that is the cradle of training socialist successors.The normalization of the national theory and national policy education in universities mainly reflects the normalization of the national theory and national policy course.From the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the national theory and policy teaching in ethnic colleges,we can infer that the national theory and national policy course can play an important role in leading students to understand the importance of national issues,consciously implement the national policy,and establish a correct national view.Therefore,it’s necessary to set up the national theory and national policy course within the scope of the universities.The article analyzes the reasons that the failure of the normalization of national theory and national policy course.First,the national theory and national policy course lacks of the status of public compulsory course.There are no specific provisions for the functional departments concerned.Second,most non national universities and Colleges lack of awareness about the importance and necessity of studying national theory and national policy course.At the same time,those universities who have the awareness of offering national theory and national policy course lack of professional teachers,teaching materials,scientific research accumulation,etc.Third,that the ethnic colleges don’t play a leading advantage and have difficulty in driving the development of other colleges and Universities in the construction of national theory and national policy course.About these questions,the paper puts forward three suggestions that are based on the document published by the state and the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the national theory and national policy teaching.The Central Propaganda Department,the Ministry of Education and State Ethnic Affairs Commission shouldmake the status confirmation of public compulsory course about public compulsory course.Second,the ethnic colleges should play a leading advantage actively and teaching ideas,methods,etc.That can achieve complementary advantages.In this process,there are two aspects needing to be noticed.First,the national universities should continue to enrich their own teaching system,accumulate the experience of teaching,and solve the problems in the teaching process.Second,the other colleges and universities should fully draw lessons from the experience of teaching practice of ethnic colleges,combining with their own reality.Third,normal universities and ethnic colleges should set up normal profession about national theory and national policy to respond to the call actively about the file named the decision on accelerating the development of ethnic education issued by the State Council.In this way,the ethnic colleges will be able to maximize the first-mover advantages,which can lead other universities to achieve the normalization of the national theory and national policy education.
