With the social development, the improvement of production efficiency and people's leisure time more and more, the number of people involved in physical activity is increasing. Monotonous exercise of traditional methods and a simple lack of exercise facilities, have been far from meeting the growing training needs of the people, it is a constant search for new forms, content, and diverse ways to exercise. Concerned about the path of the building of national fitness in Changchun and targeted to propose a solution will be the core of this study.In this paper, we used a questionnaire survey method, and investigate the Changchun five urban areas (Chaoyang District, South Gate area, wide City, Luyuan, two district) for the fitness path points. Subjects of the investigation are: the residents who participated in fitness activities,the managers of the Related Administrative Region's sports administration department and exercise points'managers. The results show that the path in Changchun fitness, there are many problems: Related policies and regulations of National fitness path is inadequate ,and management is lack of strong intensity; The production of Fitness path is lack of uniform quality standards, and the resulting quality problems lead to a lot of accidents; In the fitness path to install point is concerned, significant differences in the distribution of urban and rural areas; Most of the Equipment ordered are too dense,and Venue lack of space. In view of these problems, authors from the feasibility and effectiveness of countermeasures carried out two-tier level of analysis, so as to better develop a nationwide fitness path to provide a theoretical guidance.
