A series of strategic positioning and development requirements, making xi ’an talent market demand for skilled talents is increasing. Today’s xi ’an mechanic education cannot meet the market demand for skilled talents, so to speed up the development of xi ’an mechanic education, economic and social development to provide skilled talents for xi ’an. And mechanic education because influenced by factors such as history and reality, lead to the status of mechanic education management is: authority number, bull management, cross functional, seriously restrict the development of mechanic education, therefore it is imperative to improve the mechanic education management.Quasi-public goods theory, this paper USES system management theory and administrative theory, combining with management, education and other basic subject knowledge, through literature research, interviews, comparative research and other scientific research methods, with the aid of the author for many years working experience in a line, from xi ’an mechanic education management present situation, existing problems and countermeasures are discussed.Article xi of the mechanic education management there is a lack of overall planning, management responsibilities are not clear, education resource configuration is not reasonable, closed management, enterprise’s participation industry low five aspects of the problem, in the mechanic education management at home and abroad for reference, the macro policy in place, the level of cooperation between colleges, a sound legal system and coordinate management experience, think of xi ’an mechanic education management have to be perfect from five aspects, namely, make overall planning, clear management responsibilities, integrating education resources, the introduction of marketization, mobilizing enterprises industry participation.
