In the past ten years, thenumber of the private independent college gets close to one thousand, while thePrivate Independent College plays very important role and obtain the rapiddevelopment. With the speeding-up process of the globalization of the worldeconomy and China-opening to the outside world, the market economy of chinahas developed fast and has caused some opportunities and challenges. Themanagement level of administration of the Private Independent College hasbecome an important element of competition capability.If the PrivateIndependent College hope to become the best university, the Private IndependentCollege should introduce some people who has high level of management and usehigh level management mode.
