A Study On The Training Mode Of CNC Professional Technicians In Z City Mechanic Colleges

With the continuous progress of society, the rapid development of the economy, and more and more demand for technicians in the factory, the ability of the technician is getting higher and higher, which requires the relevant departments to provide a suitable place for training. Under this situation, the vocational colleges and universities, which are majored in training skills, have no doubt become the main position of high quality and high level technicians. But how to train the technicians and what kind of training mode can produce high quality technicians? That’s a big problem to be discussed. Although some previous scholars has studied the school enterprise cooperation in the preliminary attempt and exploration of CNC technician training mode, there are still many deficiencies in practice.This paper, it begins with the background of the current technician training, and consults the domestic and foreign relevant literature on technician training, technician training mode,technician curriculum research, training mode and so on. It tries to discuss the training of skilled technicians in the technical school theoretically; it also tries to analyze the basic elements of the ability characteristics of the skilled technician and technician training mode from the connotation.The main line of the paper is the training mode of CNC professional technicians. It is concluded that the training objectives, curriculum, training process, teaching evaluation, teaching staff and other aspects of the problem are inadequate in the vocational colleges, which is based on analyzing The current situation and problems of the training of CNC professional skill technician in Z city and fully understanding the basic situation of the Z City training and the use of technicians. In order to improve the technician training mode theory, this paper takes the Z City Technician College as a case study. It also analyzes the effect of the school "factory" technician training mode, and draws a good experience in practice.we integrate the overall situation of the technician training in Z city and the effect of the Z City technician college, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the training mode of CNC professional technicians in Z City. We suggest that the first should be done is to strengthen the school enterprise cooperation personnel training mode so as to cultivate a real business environment for the technicians. Secondly, in the process of teaching, we should follow the vocational ability as the standard so as to improve the students’ theoretical level and solve thepractical problems. What’s more, more students should participate in technical innovation projects, and the learning process should be always run through the actual work. Lastly, for the quality of security personnel, we should do our best to improve and develop hands-on brain skill theory of solid "the double teacher type" teachers, and the students’ science learning evaluation system should also be established.
