With the continuous deepening of the reform of Vocational Education in China,more and more young teachers have joined the teacher system of higher vocational colleges.These young teachers who are full of vitality and strong flavor of the times have injected fresh blood into the teachers of higher vocational colleges,which is of great significance to the cultivation of skilled talents and the sustainable development of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in China.From the current situation of the work of young teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in China,the pressure from work,life and society constantly impacts on the happiness of young teachers in their actual work and life.Therefore,how to re-examine the working well-being of young teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges and how to optimize the incentive mechanism of young teachers from the perspective of working well-being is a topic of great practical significance.Based on this,this paper takes the young teachers of CJ private higher vocational colleges as the research object.From the perspective of job well-being,based on the mature scales of domestic and foreign scholars,it divides the job well-being of young teachers of Higher Vocational Colleges into five dimensions: physical and mental health,work emotion,salary and reward,interpersonal relationship and self realization,and draws up a questionnaire on the incentive mechanism of young teachers of CJ private higher vocational colleges,Obtained the first-hand information on the current situation of young teachers’ motivation in CJ private higher vocational colleges.Through research,this paper finds that the young teachers of CJ private higher vocational colleges lack a sense of work happiness,and there are problems such as unreasonable salary and welfare system,unscientific performance system,high psychological pressure,less academic exchange opportunities and insufficient opportunities for self-worth realization in terms of physical and mental health,work emotion,salary and remuneration,interpersonal relations and self realization.Based on this,this paper,combined with the objective practice of CJ Private Higher Vocational Colleges’ young teachers’ group incentive mechanism,puts forward some suggestions such as optimizing the young teachers’ salary incentive system,improving the young teachers’ scientific research incentive level,improving the young teachers’ physical and mental health incentive system,creating a more harmonious atmosphere of young teachers’ interpersonal relations,and establishing a mechanism for young teachers’ Self-worth realization,It is expected to provide some reference and guidance value for the training of skilled and high-quality talents in higher vocational colleges,the construction of young teachers and the training of talents.
