Enterprise practice system for vocational school teachers is not only an effective way to improve teachers’ practical teaching capabilities and the level of professional skills, but also the very concrete reflection of strengthening the cooperation and connections between vocational schools and enterprises. This system is an important safeguard for vocational school teachers practicing in enterprises and constructing the double-qualified faculty team in vocational schools. It is also a significant carrier for serving students and society and promoting the economic with social sustainable development. Only by the standard content of the enterprise practice system for vocational school teachers can the organization and implementation of this system be guaranteed. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze the content of enterprise practice system for vocational school teachers. As the system is the external manifestation of policy, this paper analyze the content of the enterprise practice system for vocational school teachers at the vocational schools’ level by using policy analysis theory, MBO theory, teacher professionalism development theory, Stakeholder Theory and Motivation Theory according to the analysis framework of the strategy analysis. This paper summarized the major existing problems about the content of this system, and conclude the characteristics of the enterprise practice system for vocational school teachers in China from two aspects that are as follows: the process for the establishment of system and the institutional value. This paper also put forward some suggestions on how to consummate the content of enterprise practice system for vocational school teachers by combining related literature, interviews situation and specific issues.This paper is mainly divided into four parts except preface:The first part discusses the related theoretical basis of the system content analysis by combining the specific content of enterprise practice system for vocational school teachers, which provides a scientific and logical research idea for this analysis.Part two by inspecting the content of institution text and summarizing the main content, shows the present situation of the enterprise practice system content at the vocational schools’ level.Part three presents the analysis of Enterprise practice system for vocational school teachers from two aspects of value dimension and question dimension and states the value of this system from intrinsic value and extrinsic value; Moreover, the problems existing in the system are analyzed from the following aspects: formulation process, goals, objects, measures, etc.The last part on the existing issues on the content of enterprise practice system for vocational school teachers and combination the interview situation, put forward some suggestions that how to perfect the content of enterprise practice system for vocational school teachers in China. The suggestions are principally summarized as follows: first, to improve the trinity and strengthen the construction of the supporting system; second, suggestions to highlight the target features and weld with the assessment standard; third, to clear the division of subjects and regulate the description of objects; fourth, to perfect all measures and enhance the operability.
