Research On The Legal System Of Students Practice Of School-enterprise Cooperation Of In Technical And Vocational Education And Training

Occupation education as an important means to promote economic development,promoting employment, improving people’s livelihood, enhance national competitiveness,many countries in the world have paid attention to. Strengthen the linkages between theoccupation educational institutions and human capital market became a universal patternfollowed by national occupation education. In recent years, Vocational education will be seenas a breakthrough in education reform and government will establish vocational educationsystem guided by market demand through school-enterprise cooperation, with the arrival ofsocial transformation era in our country. Student internship is an effective way to developstudents’ professional knowledge and skills and improve the competitiveness of employmentas a necessary link of Vocational education school-enterprise cooperation. Currently, becauseof the lacking appropriate institutional arrangements and legal guarantee in school-enterprisecooperation internships, vocational schools students cannot fully protect their internshiprights and interests. The improvement of the legal system of student internship in occupationeducation school-enterprise cooperation is still a long-term process.Based on the theories of instruction combined and industry cooperation in vocationaleducation and the right to education and labor of training students, this research usesquestionnaire and interview outline to survey the299students in vocational schools,255companies and136occupation schools and select the typical subjects for case interviews onthe one hand, and analyzing the internship students tort disputes combined with the legal caseat the same time. On the other hand, by using the method of documentary and comparativeresearch methods, comparative analysis of the relevant legal system about the studentspractice all over the world, provide a reference for our country legal system safeguard ofvocational schools students practice. There are a series of legal system dilemma aboutChinese students practice through empirical investigation and comparative studyAimed at the legal difficulties of China’s vocational school student facing at the presentstage, put forward the students practice legal principles and corresponding countermeasuresand suggestions, like legal protection principles to adhere to safeguard student internships,protecting the legal rights and interests of students, and promote win-win cooperationbetween colleges and ensure that all parties responsibilities clear. Through the measuresestablish a rational student legal rights protection system, and promote the benigndevelopment of talents of our occupation education training.
