Scientific essay is an evolved new style that appeared in 1930 s. It has attracted many people’s attention such as teachers, students and textbook editor because of their scientific, literary, ideological and other interesting features. It has characters both in text description forms of expression and in essays language features in stylistically performance. Therefore, it was selected as scientific materials that introduced into the classroom. In terms of education level, text value and teaching function of scientific essay has practical significance that meets the development needs of students, advances the comprehensive development of Chinese subjects and promotes effect of classroom teaching Implementation.Scientific essay is characterized as literature expository, when selected into textbooks. But in the strict sense, scientific essay is not the real significance of expository. Scientific essay is more vivid and specific than expository, because of its scientific content, literature characteristic and language style. Scientific essay explains scientific principle appropriate for students’ learning and development needs;stimulate students’ learning interest and students’ knowledge desire.In a long times, scientific essay teaching is implemented in accordance with the teaching form of expository which can not satisfy students’ learning and practice needs. Therefore, the paper fully exploits the feasibility of practical teaching of scientific essay in terms of current study and combines with thorough and meticulous investigation.This paper consists of the following components:The first chapter: Introduction origin statement and meaning of research.Briefly describe the Core Concept. Introduction research summary and subjects, as well as thinking and method of research.The second chapter: Investigating and analyzing the current state of scientific essay’s practical teaching. This chapter probes problems in teaching procedure and feasibility of practical teaching, through Chinese teaching documents, Chinese curriculum standards, questionnaires, interviews and other forms of investigation.The third chapter: This chapter explores and analyzes the reason that practical teaching in scientific essay in terms of teaching theory, teaching process and teacher-student.The last chapter: According to teaching implement and application, this chapter selects classical titles in Jiangsu version of seven to nine grades, finds out achievements and disadvantages, and proposes improvement and enhancement.
