The new curriculum idea promotes the cultivation of student’s problem-solving ability, and the physical subject, as an experiment based subject, has an important role in training the students’ problem-solving thinking. In the practical teaching of teachers, in paying attention to the cultivation of the ability of the students, but students in solving physical problems, often encountered in the class can understand the teacher lectures, encounter the actual physical exercise but don’t know how to start. According to the students problem solving steps and obstacles of the analysis, in the cultivation of the students’ subjective factors outside, my main concern is the teachers in classroom teaching, how can do to the cultivation of students’ ability. Situational Method as a common teaching tool, has been various subjects in primary and secondary school teachers are familiar with and use, this paper aims to from the aspects of theory and practice of situational creation on junior high school students’ problem solving ability to improve the effect, and to explore the reason of the effect.This study mainly has the following four parts, the first part is the literature review, mainly to understand the domestic and international research on this issue. The second part is the students solve the problem situation questionnaire, including through interview method and literature method to determine their situation to solve the problem of index, according to the index of the questionnaire and questionnaire distribution and recovery, as the analysis of the students’ problem solving. The third part is the main body of research and in understanding "buoyancy" this chapter of teaching contents and the students’ learning difficulties of analysis and buoyancy this part of teaching strategy is determined according to the principle of the situational teaching, and according to the strategy for the preparation of teaching design. And selected two junior high school students in Shenyang as the experimental group and the control group, the experimental class using the teaching design of the teaching design, the control class using the traditional teaching method. In the experiment, the observation of the classroom observation scale was used to observe the teaching situation. Before and after the experiment, the students’ learning achievement and the problem of solving problems were investigated. The fourth part is data processing and conclusion, according to the teaching process in the classroom observation table of teachers’ classroom teaching effectiveness based on the situation created by the were observed, according to the results of students before and after the found situation creation can in some extent to improve the students’ achievements. According to the questionnaires before and after the comparison of the data drawn situation establish to have positive effects on students’ problem solving phase characterization and understanding of the meaning of the title of the understanding and construction of physical model, can promote to seek answers to the stage in the application of the laws of physics, for students correctly understand the expression has a certain role. And in the practical study of the students and teachers to interview, understand the situation of students problem-solving, as well as teachers in the practice of the feelings of the process.
