| Young teacher, a very important human resource, a major force in college teaching, scientific researching and administrative management, is very active in college teaching staff. In the situation of the massification of advanced education and the reformation of national vocational education, how to enhance the construction of young teacher staff to promote the connotative development of vocational colleges is an important problem badly in need of setting in vocational colleges at present.To manage the young teachers scientifically and effectively, vocational colleges, firstly, have to understand the young teachers’ different demands for different levels in their professional career fully and objectively. Then make and carry out targeted rules of management, and arouse the young teachers’stronger working power and explore more potential by stimulating and satisfying their reasonable and positive demands, so as to make them more scientific and active, and at last to promote the education level of the vocational colleges.On the basis of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, this article divides the young teachers’ demands in different levels of their professional career into three parts, such as basic level requirements, higher level requirements and advanced level requirements, including five aspects, physiological needs, safety needs, demands for belonging and love, social needs, self-actualization needs. It refers to a number of questionnaires covering all the demands in a certain circle of young teachers in vocational colleges, and analyzes the tendency (attention rate) and the expressions of the demands. Then it figures out some managing rules and measures with more effective effort towards the vocational young teachers. With the opportunities and challenges from the reformation of the vocational education in China, it finally points out the young teachers’role and direction in the reform tide. |
