| Higher vocational education has occupied half of higher education,but the quality is also far from the ideal goal. There are many reasons which causes this situation and the most important reason is that the teachers’ quality is uneven. young teachers, as the mainstay of teachers,play a very important role in the overall development of schools. This paper uses L school as an example to explore the development situation of young teachers in higher vocational colleges and intends to provide a reference framework for the team construction of higher vocational colleges’ young teachers .The paper uses questionnaire, interview and literature analysis as the main methods to analyze the current situation and problems of the development of young teachers in higher vocational colleges and put forward the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of individual needs, teaching ability, scientific research level and organizational relationships .The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction part, which elaborates the background and significance of topics,summarizes the research status of the development of young teachers in higher vocational colleges, explains the relevant concepts, confirms the object of study and elaborates the research ideas and methods. The second part uses a local higher vocational college——L School in Jiangxi Province as an example. Through research interviews, it analyzes the current situation and problems of the development of young teachers in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of individual needs, teaching ability, scientific research level and organizational relationships. For example, young teachers’ personal needs are not being met and the promotion of their teaching level is lack of platform. And also , the research on educational reform is lack of guidance and training and the relationship of the organization is loose.The third part analyzes the factors that influence the development of young teachers in higher vocational colleges, which mainly includes personal factors, school factors and other factors. The personal factors include the current level,interpersonal relationships, develop motivation and self-affection. The school factors include development orientation, development system and cultural atmosphere. And the other factors include social value orientation,the influence of the network information age, the impact of education policyand family factors.The last part puts forward the solving strategy which aims at the problems in the development of young teacher, namely to strengthen the self-learning to stimulate personal development motivation, improve the treatment of teachers to promote teachers’development momentum, organize the theme inquest to improve teachers’ professional level and also improve the management system to support young teachers’ development conditions. |
