| As an important place for teaching and educating people,scientific research and social services,colleges and universities are the cradle of further knowledge deepening.As the main force of college education,the cultivation of outstanding young teachers is a prerequisite for improving the quality of college teachers and cultivating outstanding talents.The teacher’s time allocation reflects the goal pursued by the teacher to a certain extent.We start from the teacher’s time allocation and get the current young teachers’ time allocation logic,so as to fully understand the characteristics of their work and deepen the current relevant The rational thinking of the teacher management system,in order to better adjust the policy,help to encourage young teachers in colleges and universities,so that teachers in the teaching,professional,organizational and personal aspects of good development.Therefore,this paper analyzes the time distribution of young teachers from the following aspects.The first part is to sort out the relevant literatures of "work time allocation" and "teacher working time allocation" in domestic and foreign scholars,and draw on the research results of college teachers’ working time allocation,and conclude that teachers’ working hours are divided into teaching,scientific research and social services.Time,the teacher’s time allocation is influenced by the individual,organization and social factors.The second part is to understand the characteristics of the young teachers’ current working methods through the questionnaire survey method.It is concluded that the teacher’s working time is too long,and the working time takes up leisure time.There are many characteristics of teaching,scientific research and social service time integration.The third part analyzes the factors affecting the time allocation of young teachers from three aspects: individual,organization and society.From a personal perspective,the teacher’s gender,marital status,school level,and personal interests will affect the teacher’s time allocation;from the organizational level,the school’s salary standards,promotion rules,performance appraisal will affect the teacher’s time allocation;From the perspective of social factors,gender perceptions and economic changes will have an impact on the time allocation of young teachers.The fourth part combines the previous analysis and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,such as implementing the national macro policy and the more humanized school system,stimulating the enthusiasm of young teachers,and adjusting the pressure of young teachers themselves,so as to better promote the development of young teachers. |
