"Yi Lao Dai Xin" program is a traditional on-the-job training way for beginning teachers.Many primary and secondary schools arrange experienced outstanding teachers to help new teachers adapt teaching as soon as possible.Therefore,study the new and old teachers implement mentoring pair,to promote the professional development of young teachers is of great the oretical and realistic significance.Paper uses case analysis of professional development needs of young teacher,the implementation of the "Yi Lao Dai Xin" and the influnce on young teachers' professional development.Deepen the understanding of "Yi Lao Dai Xin".And provide some reference for the implementation of "Yi Lao Dai Xin" in primary and secondary schools.This paper consists of five parts.The first chapter is about the part of the source of the problem and significance of research,describing the relevant literature review and research methods.The second chapter is based on the theory of literature analysis,including the definition of the core concept,teacher professional development theory connotation and teacher professional development theory guiding significance to the study.In the third chapter,the case study of the professional development of young teachers in Tieling Experimental School,which is " Yi Lao Dai Xin ",is expounded from six aspects in this paper one by one.The fourth chapter is the study of Tieling Experimental School "Yi Lao Dai Xin" operation and made the corresponding cause analysis and improvement measures.The fifth chapter is about the management rmeasures.The study believed that,to add new meaning to "Yi Lao Dai Xin",sc hools should make efforts to implementation and supervision and so on.Instructor should be strict in business,in order to set an example to bring on the style of the young teachers with high quality.Young teachers should take the initiative to learn humbly to the instructor,adapt to the change of the role as soon as possible,and constantly improve their teaching abilities.
