The Research On Mechanism Of Innovative Talents Introducing And Cultivating In Chengdu

The society today is in a rapid developing era. With the deepening fierce competition for the talents,The development of innovative talents plays an important role in promoting independent innovation capability, building an innovative country and enhancing national competitiveness. Therefore, the study of introduce mechanisms and cultivation mechanisms for creative talents is not only beneficial to improving innovative talents theory, is also an exploration of development model of innovation talents in Chengdu, but can also provide references of introduction and cultivation of innovative talents mechanism for other cities.To enhancing the attractiveness and competitiveness of innovative talents of Chengdu, and further promoting the development of the entire southwest region/two aspects of the introduction and cultivation of innovative talents in Chengdu were studied in this paper.Firstly, This article analyzed the theory of creative talents, then analyzed the current situation at home and abroad of introduction and cultivation of innovative talents, thus laying a foundation of knowledge and theoretical background of this thesis.Then, it analyzes the successful experience of the United States, Japan and other developed countries in terms of introduction and training of talents, as well as practical experience of some developed cities such as Shanghai, Shenzhen and other China cities, which in turn provide a reference for developing talents of Chengdu. Finally, on the basis of the current development situation of talents in Chengdu, through analysing the shortcomings of talents introduction and talents cultivation, combining with the current talents supply and demand of Chengdu, and learn practical experience in innovative talents introduction and training from home and abroad,making suggestions on expanding the channels of talents introduction, improving the follow-up work in talents introduction, optimizing distribution mechanism of talents and promoting talents "re-training" and so on, so as to explore a development pathpath suited for the development of innovative talents in Chengdu.
